A Message from Our President
In light of recent developments, we would like to update our valuable customers and community of the precautionary and preventive measures we are engaging as a company in response to COVID-19.
Menopod recognises that COVID-19 is now a tangible threat to the health of our customers and employees, as well as their families, friends, and loved ones. Our first priority continues to be the health and safety of our team and customers, as well as our broader communities.
Like other businesses, we are carefully following all appropriate procedures and advice from the government, public health officials and WHO (World Health Organization) We will continue to deliver a product you can trust.
We are taking care of our team members so that your experience continues to be trusted and enjoyable. We have implemented work-from-home policies, social distancing practises, while taking preventative actions and measures to enhance cleaning practises in our workplace.
Currently we do not anticipate any immediate service delays or disruptions. If the situation changes, we will be sure to let you know. But for now, our customer service team is available to offer you support and is working hard to get your orders out promptly.
Your patience and understanding is truly appreciated during this crisis and thank you for being a part of the Menopod community.
