I find that I get some relief from the Menopod, but probably no more than I get from using a hand fan when hot flashes strike. It's a little more discreet, depending on how I hold it. But I can only use it for two or three minutes before it shuts off and needs to rest. This length of time is adequate for the milder episodes, but not for a major hot flash like the ones I get after returning from my lunchtime walk.

I love the way it works. I just wish it was a little bit more discreet. Perhaps a mini pebble size to have in my pocket for a more discreet use of it. Nevertheless, it stops my hotflash from maturing when I use it at the initial sign of one approaching.

My daughter purchased the menopod as a gift. I do really enjoy using it and I find it provides a similar feeling to cold clothes or wipes. Not as cold as ice however, but definitely a cooling is felt.

I use this device to help manage heat intolerance due to multiple sclerosis. It has been helpful for me when I do not have access to ice or ice packs. However, I do wish it got colder and had longer cycles. Additionally, it seems overpriced and I would consider it a greater value if it were $50 instead of $100, since cycle times are limited and not as cold as I would like.

Les hormones c'est pas pour moi alors le soulagement le plus rapide et efficace que j'ai trouvé c'est avec mon petit menopod. Sur mon cou, sur mon front et aussi sur mes joues, pour moi c'est le rafraichissement automatique on dirait qu'il coupe le coup de chaleur intantanément. C'est le genre de d'outil qu'on dit j'en veux deux!

It’s a lifesaver! This is a convenient and portable ‘ice cube ‘ that doesn’t drip or get anything wet and helps me cool down quickly so I can get on with things. I just place it on the back of my neck and move it around for a minute until it buzzes and I get immediate relief. It’s been very helpful for this stage of life.

I love love love this Menopod! No more ice packs for this girl, I have medical issues that caused me to have a hysterectomy in my 30s so these hot flashes and night sweats were new and a pain. I slept in ice packs nightly and had a stash to swap out when needed. However if it feel one coming and use my pod it’s gone in a few minutes.

I have only used it a few times so far but it seems to hold its charge for a long time. It gets cold quickly and I have applied it all over my head area (also purchased it to help with headaches - haven't had the need to test for these yet). I use fans around the house and thought this may be a good option for when I am out and about to help me cool down.
It would be nice to see other colors offered as well as a soft travel pouch included.

My hot flashes seem to go in waves...they'll disappear for about a month at a time and then come back in full force. This item is great for cooling my body down to help endure the flashes. I've also used it on my forehead (though for shorter periods of time) for headache relief. Thank you for creating this product!

The product works, its so easy to work with and I like that it shuts itself off after each session, the size is great but unfortunately, it doesn't have a case. I took an eyeglass case and put the monopod in it but the pod is too big so I have to use elastics to keep it closed. I want to have it with me at all times but it really needs a case to keep it safe.
